We had never built a house before and heard all the horror stories about all the things that can go wrong. I think we were so lucky to have chosen McManus Development. Mark and his staff were always there to help and answer any questions and they are still there 2 years later if we need anything. From start to finish everyone was willing to listen to our ideas and help us build the house of our dreams. The craftsmanship, care and quality that went into the home is incredible, we could not be happier with the end result. We would recommend McManus Development to anyone.

Buying and building our new house with McManus Development was a wholly wonderful experience. You were very patient with us as we wrestled with each detail of design and selection of options. You always took the time to explain everything we needed to know, which for us first-time builders included many things. During construction, which we watched on an almost daily basis, we were continuously impressed with the quality of workmanship. There were never any shortcuts. The interior finishing, including many McManus built-ins, was exquisite. After over a year of occupancy, we have found nothing major that needed to be corrected or redone.
