Our Greenway property has a Tuscan-style to it, and is full of an abundance of architectural features. Particular areas to note include the intricate exterior brick and column work, and the accented wood features that highlight the ceilings, arched windows and doorways. The master bedroom is also outfitted with a large and intricate ceiling detail that provides an open and airy feel to the room.
McManus Development helped build this home on an acreage with a private lake. Using that existing environmental element, the exterior was designed in a way to complement the low-lying water area. The post and beam structures on the home were brought to the site from Idaho. A curved Alder staircase completes the interior and matches the trim and doors.
This Lakeview home has an exterior made with a full stone elevation and swept rooflines that create a dramatic visual for guests. Dramatic and detailed spaces, such as the home theater and multi-purpose rooms provide a cohesive home full of amenities and strong architectural features.
The River’s Bluff home that was overseen by McManus Development was built using existing landscaping on this Mississippi River bluff. The back deck is 45-feet long and finished with a screened-in porch. Large windows further accent the view provided by Mother Nature.
The Pebble North property has some contemporary features that helped convey a recreational feel to the home. The floors incorporated black bamboo, a very unique material to use for flooring. Additional features in the home included a play area that has access to a sauna, bar, home theater and a billiards area.
This Pebble Creek Circle home was designed and constructed to model a country French ranch. Grand windows in one area of the house overlook the fairway and pond, delivering a picturesque view of the nearby surroundings on the course. Through work with Pinnacle Millworks, we were able to construct the library from luxurious walnut wood that conveys a sense of regalness.
This sprawling walkout ranch as part of our Woodsedge home was designed with a Mediterranean style and feel to it. The home has tapered pillars that line one of the living areas, and has a uniquely finished outdoor patio area. The exterior components include a bar, swimming pool and waterfall feature.
In this particular home, which was a Parade of Homes award winner, McManus Development incorporated stone and walnut flooring throughout the home. Custom woodwork was utilized on the staircase, banister and fireplace surrounds. The home is stylized as a walkout ranch to the golf course.
One of the highlights of this Valley view home was the customized stone wine cellar that was built into the floorplan. Additionally, the rooms have truss and flush beamed ceilings, which provides a structural, yet warm feel in the home.
Built into a private woodland acreage, we were able to achieve a cozy and nestled feel on this high quality property. The hardwood floors are constructed out of reclaimed pine and the countertops are made of soapstone. Again, large open windows create an airiness while connecting the home within the environment in which it was built.
McManus Development custom-built this home on a fairway for an executive and his family. One of the strongest and most complex features in this home is the curved walnut railing, which is further mirrored through the walnut wood floors in the home. Particular emphasis was put near the entryway to help increase the statement made by the architectural features.
